Introducing our comprehensive Day-of Coordination package—perfect for couples who have successfully planned their wedding but want expert guidance on the big day. We believe in thorough pre-wedding preparation, so three months before your wedding, we step in to manage all the details. From liaising with vendors to assisting with setup and teardown, we ensure that your day runs smoothly and seamlessly.

What’s Included:

  • Detailed Timeline Creation + Distribution to Vendor Team: We will develop a comprehensive timeline for the wedding day and distribute it to all vendors, ensuring everyone is on the same page regarding schedules and responsibilities.
  • On-Site Management for Wedding Day + Reception: Our team will be present on-site to manage all aspects of the wedding day and reception, ensuring a seamless experience for you and your guests.
  • 8 Hours of Coverage On-Site with Coordinator and Assistant: You will receive 8 hours of dedicated on-site support from a coordinator and an assistant to manage the flow of the day effectively.

This service works seamlessly alongside your photo and video team to create a comprehensive visual narrative of your celebration.

  • Content Creation Pre-Planning Session (In-Person or Phone): We will conduct a pre-planning session to discuss your vision, preferences, and specific content needs for your wedding, ensuring we capture every important moment.
  • Wedding Day Coverage: 8 Hours On-Site: Our team will be on-site for up to 8 hours on your wedding day, ensuring that we capture every detail, from the pre-ceremony preparations to the celebration.
  • All the Unedited Photos (Shared Within 24 Hours): You will receive many unedited photos within 24 hours after your wedding, allowing you to relive those special moments immediately.
  • Five (5) Edited Videos: We will provide you with five professionally edited videos that highlight the key moments of your wedding day, beautifully capturing the essence of your celebration, including Recap video.
